    The staff was accommodating, especially during check-in, seamless and left a great first impression.

    The pool area was overcrowded with children when I attempted to use it, which detracted from the peace I was hoping for after a long day.

    We were given a deluxe room with a lovely view upon arrival. The pool area was heated and the location was good and perfect, very close to the city center, amman jordan, and the hotel's restaurants. Appreciated our stay, and will choose the place for future trips.

    The breakfast spread was somethin' else-so many good options, highly recommend the omelet station! Staff were just downright friendly. Pool was a real treasure for some chill time. Only hiccup was the TV in the living room only had Arabic channels, kinda missed my shows. A real cozy stay.

    All in all everything was excellent, had a relaxing stay on a business trip. It had particularly good and unbeatable location very close to the center of Amman and amman jordan and the airport in the morning. It also was near the downtown.

    The Regency Palace Amman is an excellent choice for a family stay. The beautiful lobby area with a nice bar and cafe was perfect for relaxation, and the food options were fantastic-gorgeous Jordanian and European buffet for breakfast! Plus, the gym on the 19th floor had amazing views and great equipment. Staff, especially the restaurant team, were attentive throughout our visit.

    Some furniture in the room was a bit dated.

    I had an exceptional stay! The suite was a true delight—spacious and beautifully decorated with a large comfortable bed. I adored the breakfast buffet. it was diverse and delicious. One downside was the bathroom needed some maintenance. I’d absolutely come back!
